All prospective coaches and managers are asked to attend. Players should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for their grading session. All sessions are held at the Waramanga playing fields.
Players who wish to be considered for a graded team and are unable to attend grading due to other commitments should let a co-ordinator know. Otherwise, those who don't turn up to grading are deemed social players and are put into the lower divisions. Also, for insurance purposes, all players are to be registered before attending grading.
All Junior boys (and girls wishing to play in these teams) should attend grading. Grading days are important for all players to attend so that coaches can get a perspective of teams as a whole, and to foster team spirit. Players who wish to play more social soccer should still attend grading sessions where they can get together with their friends and meet other groups of players to form teams.
