At Weston Creek SC we value the commitment and dedication of every one of our coaches. Whether as a first time under 6 Rooball coach or as an experienced senior coach we and the FFA know that good coaches mean good players.
We have been actively encouraging our coaches to attend official/accredited coaching programs to further enhance the coaching skills they already possess. We have now been directed by Capital Football to have all coaches accredited by the end of this season.
Capital Football offers all the different levels of accreditation (see link below) and WCSC also run Grassroots Coaching courses prior to the start of the season for free.
Under the community coaching program there is no need to start at the bottom and work your way up (if say you were coach U/15) you can pick the appropriate level and qualify at that level.
Weston Creek Grassroots coaching session will be held 10th April and 1st of May
